For 43 years, DIACE, a foundry specialist, has been able to gain recognition for its unique know-how and expertise in order to meet the many needs of its customers.

Study office

Our design office is equipped with high-performance software that allows us to
to propose to our customers a programming and simulation of their request. We also carry out a design of machining set-up.

Pressure die casting

We have high-tech equipment and carry out numerous investment in new, quality equipment. This enables us to produce complex, technical and critical parts.
We have the latest generation of BÜLHER machines.
We offer 2 choices of postyage: a 2-axis and a 6-axis robot island.
Our tool shop includes two ROCKLYNIZER and LASE-ONE machines.

Gravity casting

We use different alloys: ASLG-06, A-S9G-06, AS7G06 and AS12 901.
We are able to produce parts ranging from 250 grams to 7.5 kg.
Thanks to our know-how, we advise our customers and we can propose and fit out a product that corresponds to their needs.

Machining

Our digital machining centres enable us to machine castings in average (200 parts per year) and large series (1 million parts per year).

We have 4 Makino machining centres and a robotic cell, a Helle H2000 machining centre, an assembly area and an aviation control center.

Finishing and shipping

We are able to provide a turnkey product thanks to our finishing service. 85% of our parts pass through our finishing service.

We have a SAT heat treatment furnace capable of treat T5 and T6 aluminium, specific to complex alloys
